Founded at the end of December 1995, International Leasing is the first independent Leasing company with domestic capital in Romania. International Leasing core business is based on funding in leasing system of cars and other goods. International Leasing mission: on short term to increase the company capital and trade to Bucharest Stock Exchange. On long term to open more branch allover the country.
To achieve their ambitious mission, International Leasing needed to understand the big picture of each branch and customer accounts in order to be able to manage efficiently the company resources. To do that they sought out a strategic partner with a high-quality Leasing Software solution.
Cubique Development came through. With Cubique team experience, excellent service and with the desire to succeed, it was natural to start a partnership between Cubique Development and International Leasing for developing and integrating an flexible, scalable and secure software solution to achieve the organization needs. The result: Cubique Development have been developed an robust and scalable Leasing Suite® software application that increased the company efficiency, allowing International Leasing to deliver a better financial solution to their customers.
The addition of Leasing Suite® to its portfolio greatly enhances International Leasing's ability to rapidly provide business-to-consumer solutions that meet the growing needs of its customers. Not only can International Leasing deliver high-quality printed Leasing Proposal to its customers, ready-to-print documents, such as contracts, bill payable book report, it can now track any account and gather full information from history transactions.
To meet the International Leasing's requirements we choose Microsoft Windows and SQL database as development framework. Therefore, we built an robust client-server application and developed an intelligent business objects package that both accomplish organization needs and ensure that any future requirements can be achieved with minim effort and cost.
Today International Leasing run its business in four distinct locations and three of them already manage the business chain using our Leasing Suite® package.
The system allow end-user to connect the branch database in local network or remotely via Internet.

To communicate effectively with its independent sales reps, Romcar needed to create a fast, easy , reliable and secure online information channel offering maximum content from its ERP System.
Essential communications were not reaching Romcar's sales force in a timely or effective manner, making it difficult for customers and reps to do business with Romcar.

Romcar's front end system is SCALA, an collaborative ERP System that manage the whole lifecycle of Romcar's business. Cubique Development technical environment includes Windows NT and Apache Web Service. When providing the back-office access, Cubique Development wanted to minimize the hits on the database that is part of their ERP system. So the extranet uses a quick-access SQL server database to provide the great majority of the information the reps need. Only an occasional drill-down inquiry passes through to the ERP database.
 Making the Business of Sales Run More Smoothly Romcar is the Romanian local importer-distributor of Ford Motor Company, a leading consumer company for automotive products and services. Romcar sells its cars and parts largely through independent representatives and distributors. The company had been supplying information to its reps via regular mail and antiquated bulletin-board technology, sending out 300 pieces of mail each week. Unfortunately, less than 20 percent of the marketing communications actually reached the people who needed them. Order status, changes, promise dates and shipping information were only available to reps online as a large file that could be up to a day old. Timely access to news of price changes, sales data or new products wasn't easily accessible.
To improve communications, Romcar launched an aggressive extranet project, Romcar EDI System, with three key objectives:
 Make it easier for its reps and end customers to do business with Romcar  Improve access to, and clarity of, information in the field  Increase sales
Romcar wanted to use the Internet to streamline the order cycle and enable reps to check order and stock status. The solution also had to seamlessly integrate existing legacy information into front-end applications and systems. That's why Romcar sought a trusted IT partner, Cubique Development.
Cubique Development recommended a content management solution integrated with Romcar's existing SCALA ERP system. Cubique selected ISAPI application as the RomEDIs capabilities. Microsoft SQL features excellent control over content, security at multiple levels, content-management functionality for multiple approval roles and the ability to publish pages without IT involvement. The Cubique project team worked closely with Romcar IT consultants to prepare information and documents for viewing on the Web site.
With the extranet in place, Romcar reduced its mail volume by at least half, shrinking printing and postage costs. Romcar's sales reps now retrieve their acknowledgment data, delivery schedules and other information directly from RomEDI 24/7. All marketing information -- including archives -- is readily available, minimizing hard-copy communications. Romcars customers are much happier, too. Not only are they getting faster responses; now sales reps have the time and tools to provide unsolicited service and ideas to them. And new content can be quickly published on the site without tying up the IT Web-support staff.

Premium Leasing este prezenta pe piata de leasing din Romania incepand cu primavara lui 2004, avand ca obiectiv clar oferirea in sistem de leasing financiar si operational de autoturisme noi si second hand precum si de echipamente tehnologice, in conditii avantajoase de finantare.
Totodata, un alt obiectiv avut in vedere este acela de extindere a afacerii si in alte zone geografice cu potential economic. Din punct de vedere conceptual, solutia trebuie sa permita utilizatorilor companiei de leasing posibilitatea calcularii mai multor variante de finantare pentru acelasi utilizator, analiza financiara a datelor economice ale clientiilor, intocmirea automata a contractelor de leasing precum si a tuturor documentelor juridice anexe, atat in relatia contractuala cu clientii precum si cu bancile finantatoare, emiterea automata a facturilor precum si posibilitatea gestionarii a incasarilor de la clienti, managementul relatiilor cu tertii, managementul mijloacelor fixe, urmarirea si derularea contractelor de credit in relatia cu finantatorii, generarea automata a notelor contabile asociate documentelor primare din sistem, intocmirea rapoartelor statutare in conformitate cu legislatia romana in vigoare.

Particularitatea acestei solutii consta în faptul ca toate resursele utilizate sunt externalizate. Atât implementarea cât si mentenanta sunt asigurate din exteriorul companiei, membrii departamentului de vanzari, comercial si contabilitate fiind practic utilizatorii acestei solutii.
Din acest motiv investitia în timp, bani si resurse umane este minima pentru companie, fara a necesita un departament de IT cu pregatire specializata in derularea acestor activitati.
